Katerina Alder
Founder & President
Teacher and Department Head, Union Freshman Academy
Katerina Alder is an educator with more than 30 years of experience in education, administrative leadership, and a legal background. She has extensive experience organizing volunteers, community events, and family engagement initiatives. As the mother of Amelia, who was born with Down syndrome, Katerina witnessed firsthand the challenges families face in finding inclusive social opportunities and supportive communities. Inspired by Amelia's experiences, she founded Amelia's Friends Foundation to create meaningful opportunities for friendship, belonging, and community engagement for children and young adults with disabilities. Katerina is passionate about advocacy, inclusion, and empowering families to thrive.

Constantine Alkhou
Vice President
Constantine Alkhou is a business and operations professional with expertise in supply chain management, logistics, sales, and business development. He has held leadership roles managing large-scale operations, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams. Constantine also has experience supporting startups and entrepreneurial ventures and holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management. He provides strategic business insight, operational expertise, and guidance to support the Foundation's growth and long-term impact.

Olga Randolph
Board Secretary
Owner, Randolph Language & Cultural Services, LLC
With a strong background in foreign language education and strategic communication, Olga Randolph brings more than 20 years teaching Russian (including 13 at TU), promoting cross-cultural dialog, citizen diplomacy, and community engagement. During sixteen years on the Tulsa Global Alliance board, she facilitated international visitor exchanges, coordinated volunteers, and shaped Kids' World, a large-scale children's festival built on the idea that every culture is worth knowing and every kid belongs. A friend of Amelia's family and other families with special-needs children, Olga is honored to advance the mission of this organization.

Carl Stein
Board Member
Manager, Longhorn Steakhouse
Carl Stein is a business and operations leader with more than 30 years of management experience. A U.S. Navy veteran, he has led large teams, managed complex operations, and developed high-performing employees throughout his career in the restaurant industry. As a member of the Board of Directors of Amelia's Friends Foundation, Carl brings expertise in leadership, strategic planning, financial oversight, team development, and organizational operations. His practical experience and commitment to service help support the Foundation's mission and long-term growth.

Svetlana Kot
Board Member
VP Finance and Operations & Chief Compliance Officer at Rebalance LLC
Svetlana Kot brings a great blend of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and nonprofit leadership to the team. Passionate about community and inclusion, she joined Amelia’s Friends Foundation to help create welcoming, fun social spaces for children and young adults with disabilities. Svetlana uses her strong business background to help guide the foundation's strategic direction, manage its finances responsibly, and support fundraising efforts. She is dedicated to making sure every family feels a true sense of belonging and support.

Elena Nemchenko

Elena Nemchenko is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in caring for children. As the mother of Alexander “Sasha” Nemchenko, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by children and young adults with disabilities and their families. Elena joined Amelia's Friends Foundation to help create opportunities for friendship, inclusion, and meaningful experiences for individuals with disabilities. She is dedicated to supporting children, young adults, and their families while helping build a more compassionate and inclusive community.
